Die stamping is an essential tool in the production. Die can basically be divided into simple mold, continuous mold and composite mold three.
(1) simple die Simple die is a punch in the process of completing only one process of the die. Figure 3-17 is blanking or punching simple die, simple die assembly shown in Figure 3-18. During work, the material is fed between the two guide plates 9 on the die, and touches the positioning pin 10. When the punch is pressed downwards, the blanked parts (or scrap) enter the die hole and the strip grips the punch and travels backwards with the punch. The strip is pushed down against the stripper plate 8 (fixed on the die) so that the strip continues to be fed between the strips. Repeat the above action, rushed down the second part.
(2) continuous punching punch stroke, in different parts of the mold at the same time the number of punching process dies, known as the continuous mode, as shown in Figure 3-19. Work positioning pin 2 aligned pre-punched positioning hole, the upper die down, the punch 1 for blanking, punching punch 4. When the upper die returns, the discharge plate 6 pushes the scrap off the punch. At this moment, the blank 7 is fed forward again to perform the second blanking. So cycle, each feed distance by the stopper pin control.
(3) composite die In a stroke, the mold at the same time on the same part of the number of stamping process to complete the mold, known as the composite model, as shown in Figure 3-20. The most prominent feature of the compound mold is a punch and die 1. The outer circumference of the punch and die is the punch edge of the blanking punch and the inner hole becomes the die of the drawing die. When the slider moves down with the punch and punch, the strip first blanking die 1 and blanking die 4 blanking. The blanking part is pressed against the deep drawing punch 2 in the lower die, and when the slider continues to move downward, the die is subsequently pulled downward for further drawing. The ejector 5 and the unloader 3 push the draw part 9 out of the mold during the return stroke of the slide. Compound die for large output, high precision stamping parts.
