1. Feeding: There are many ways of feeding, usually used by several combinations.
a. Use the shearing machine to cut out the development diagram, that is, the shape, length and width of the required sheet metal parts, combined with the punching machine and mold punching, cutting corners, etc.;
b. The punching machine requires short working hours and high efficiency, and uses the punching machine to punch the flat plate structure after the parts are unfolded in the plate step by step.
c. CNC cutting, by writing CNC program, CNC machine tool according to the program punch shape. In addition, there is laser blanking, that is, the use of laser cutting.
2. Flanging and tapping: flanging is the extraction of holes, that is, processing slightly larger holes on the smaller base holes to increase strength and prevent slipping teeth, usually used for thin sheet metal processing.
3. Punching processing: punching processing by the corresponding mold to complete the operation, such as: punching Angle, punching blanking, punching convex bag and other processing methods.
4. Press riveting process: through the punch or press riveting machine to complete the operation, such as press riveting stud, press riveting nut, press riveting screw.
5. Bending processing: usually completed by the processing folding machine and bending mold coordination, the flat material into three-dimensional shape.
6. Welding processing: welding is to combine multiple parts together, usually robot welding, carbon dioxide protection welding, argon arc welding, spot welding and other methods, according to demand.
7. Surface treatment: usually used to protect the material, prevent oxidation, plating protective film on the surface of the material, such as: phosphating film, paint and so on.
8. Assembly: Combine multiple parts in a certain way to make it a finished product.
